China Nerin’s Lead Electrolysis Machines Successfully Put into Operation in Yuguang Gold Lead Group’s Secondary Lead Project
In mid-October, the equipment sector of China Nerin reported another success. The lead electrolysis machines developed, designed and supplied by China Nerin were successfully put into operation and met the expected performance requirements in the Secondary Lead Resources Recycling and High-Efficiency Clean-Production Technology Improvement Project of Henan Yuguan Gold & Lead Co., Ltd.
Henan Yuguang Gold & Lead Co., Ltd. is one of the leading enterprises in the lead smelting industry and has been listed among the “Top 500 Enterprises in China” and “Top 500 Manufacturing Enterprises in China” for many years. Its production capacity in lead ingot, silver, secondary lead and other products all ranks the leading position in the industry. The company has invested nearly 2 billion CNY in the Resources Recycling and High-Efficiency Clean-Production Technology Improvement Project and pioneered the highly efficient recycling production mode combining secondary lead and primary lead. The project will reach a total lead precipitation capacity of 480kt/a, which is of great significance to promote the lead smelting process and key equipment of the company to reach international first-class level.
The equipment supplied by China Nerin in this project includes cathode preparation machine, automatic cathode and anode spacing machine, and precipitated lead washing and withdrawing machine, which are key equipment for lead electrolysis. Many patented technologies of China Nerin have been applied in the project, putting an end to the dominance of Japanese technology in the lead electrolysis field in China for nearly 20 years.
